Our new corporate headquarters at 353 North Clark Street brings together the entire Ventas and Lillibridge management team. But this is more than just an office move. Our new space reflects both our growth and the modern, forward-looking company we are. Even more, the new building is a statement about our commitment to environmental sustainability - a key strategic objective for our existing portfolio of buildings and future acquisitions.
In the site selection for our new corporate headquarters, we used LEED® certification as a key criterion for our decision. The building we chose is LEED Gold Certified and features a green roof to reduce heat gain, higher efficiency plumbing and landscaping systems to save water, and a building-wide recycling program to promote environmentally friendly practices.
