    Jack Dudick, Lillibridge Senior Vice President, will participate in a panel discussion on what it takes to get a healthcare real estate deal financed now, and how much lenders are willing to fund at what cost. The panelists will examine debt markets, options for financing new developments, turnarounds, off-campus facilities and the changing parameters for underwriting.
    Steve Clabough, VP Portfolio Management, will be a role-playing participant in a panel focusing on how to improve customer service for physician tenants, and how to subsequently create stronger relationships with them.
