Pete helms Lillibridge Healthcare Services with an extraordinary vision and dynamic leadership. As part of the Ventas executive team, Pete spearheads the company's integrated Outpatient Medical & Research platform, which harmonizes the Lillibridge outpatient medical building and university-based research portfolios, along with our healthcare asset management team. In his role, he guides a talented, nationwide team of multidisciplinary professionals. His aim is to empower healthcare providers and institutions to flourish in their markets and to ensure that corporate objectives are consistently met.

Pete joined Lillibridge Healthcare Services in 2018. His remarkable journey includes a successful 28-year career at Jones Lang LaSalle, a global leader in professional real estate services. There, Pete navigated the company's national industry-focused sectors, including life sciences, higher education, and academic medical centers. His visionary leadership propelled these industry sectors to be among the fastest growing within JLL.

Pete serves on the Boards of PMB Real Estate Services, LLC, a real estate services firm, Ardent Health Services, a NYSE-listed 30-hospital system spanning six states, and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, a top-ranked children’s hospital and non-profit pediatric medical research center. He serves on the Lurie executive committee, finance committee and chairs the real estate council. He is also a past Chair of the Illinois Board for the American Diabetes Association.

Mr. Bulgarelli earned a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
