Dan is an industry veteran with a rich background and a keen understanding of the commercial and medical real estate sectors. As Executive Vice President, he provides strategic oversight for leasing and property management of our outpatient medical buildings.

Dan's leadership is instrumental in fostering excellent tenant and hospital relations. He guides a team of over 200 Lillibridge professionals across 31 states, upholding the highest standards of service and care.

Before joining Lillibridge in 2018 and becoming a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, Dan accrued a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. He served as EVP for ABM Industries for over a decade, following nearly 20 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate, including a notable 12-year tenure with Equity Office Properties.

A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Dan holds a BS degree. He is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), signifying his ongoing commitment to professional growth and industry excellence.
