ABOUT TODD LILLIBRIDGE
Todd is responsible for strategic focus and leadership of the largest medical office building portfolio in the United States.
Lillibridge Healthcare Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ventas (NYSE:VTR), an S&P 500 company and a leading real estate investment trust (REIT). With $34 billion enterprise value, it has a highly diversified portfolio of nearly 1,300 facilities in United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Todd is a member of Ventas’s Executive Leadership Team, its Management Capital Committee, Human Resource Steering Committee, 401k Investment Committee and its Charitable Foundation. In this capacity, he collaborates across all its operating entities: medical office, acute care hospitals, seniors housing, specialty hospitals, post-acute and life science facilities.
Lillibridge operates a $6.5 billion outpatient facilities portfolio – 21+ million sf across 370+ medical office buildings in 32 states / 250+ markets. It serves ~15K physician tenants daily and supports over 40 million patient visits each year.
From pioneering the consolidation of a fragmented outpatient healthcare real estate industry segment in the early 1990s, to forging trusted relationships with executives of leading hospital and health systems nationwide, to identifying opportunities to create exceptional physician / patient experiences while optimizing efficiency and driving profitability – Todd is widely considered the industry’s leader.
Prior to joining Lillibridge’s predecessor company, Murdoch & Coll in 1982, Todd served in the real estate finance group and development division at Baird & Warner in Chicago. Todd’s experience provides him with keen insight into hospitals and healthcare systems in the context of a changing healthcare market. It also gives him insight on building a high-performance team.
Todd has a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the Dean’s Business Council. He is a national speaker and a mentor. Todd sits on the boards of Ardent Health Services, Rush University Medical Center and Pacific Medical Buildings Real Estate Services. He is a member of the World President’s Organization (former Chapter Chair), Urban Land Institute (Health Care and Life Sciences Council), and the Economic Club of Chicago.
